Dr. Mahima Shukla is an Assistant Professor at Sharda School of Business Studies, Greater Noida. She holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing & IT, and earned her Ph.D. from Amity Business School. She has also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Government of India. With over six years of experience in academics and research, Dr. Shukla has published numerous research articles in reputed national and international journals. Her core research interests lie at the intersection of marketing and technology, focusing on how their convergence influences and drives modern business practices
Dr. Saniya Zehra is an Assistant Professor at Sharda School of Business Studies, Greater Noida. She is an accomplished healthcare management professional with an MBA in Health and Hospital Administration and a BUMS degree. With nearly a decade of experience in healthcare administration, quality management, and patient care, she has held key roles at IGMPI, Fortis, and Metro Hospitals. She specializes in NABH consultancy, audits, SOPs, and capacity-building, consistently driving quality improvements in healthcare. A specialist in healthcare quality assurance, she has designed and implemented hospital policies and programs aligned with national and international standards to ensure optimal patient care. Her expertise spans hospital administration, quality audits, accreditation processes, and cost optimization strategies
