Dr. Surbhi Sharma, Assistant Professor, at KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education, Greater Noida, India. Her research interests include women’s empowerment, mass media, Television, the portrayal of women in media, the formation of a progressive female position in society, and the impact of media on the daily life of rural women
Ms. Payal Teotia is an Assistant Professor at KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education, Greater Noida, and a UGC-NET JRF-qualified researcher currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. With academic expertise in accounting and strategic management, her research focuses on the “Problems and Prospects of the One District One Product (ODOP) Scheme in Specialized Districts of Uttar Pradesh.” A committed educator and published author, she has presented papers at reputed national and international conferences and actively contributes to student development through academic and cultural initiatives within her institution.
Ms. Bindia Baghla is a UGC NET qualified Assistant Professor with over six years of experience in teaching finance and commerce. Currently at KCC, Greater Noida, she has published research in areas like financial management and education policy. She is passionate about student development and bridging academic learning with real-world applications.
