Prof. R. C. Parida, a distinguished academician boasts over 28 years of exemplary teaching and research experience. Currently he is the Head, Department of Commerce at Rajiv Gandhi (central) University, Doimukh, Arunachal Pradesh. He has successfully mentored 12 M.Phil. and 18 Ph.D. scholars to completion. Prof. Parida has presented 84 research papers at prestigious international, national, and regional conferences and seminars, and has an impressive portfolio of 62 publications. His academic journey is marked by several leadership roles, including Dean, Director (IQAC), and other significant academic and administrative positions, underscoring his profound contributions to academia and administration. He has edited 3 academic books, undertaken 5 sponsored projects and 2 consultancy projects
Dr. Bijay Das, is currently serving as an Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, at Arunodaya University, Arunachal Pradesh. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Professor at St. Xavier’s College, Tezpur, Assam, for approximately 2 years and also held the position of District Financial Management Specialist in Public Health Engineering Department, Darrang, for 6 months. Dr. Das has 1 Scopus-indexed publication, 8 UGC CARE-listed publications, and over 9 contributions to ISSN-recognized chapters and journals. He is also a co-author of a textbook on Accounting and Finance and has worked as an editor for more than four edited books. In addition, he has presented her research at various national and international seminars and conferences
Miss Trivenee Bania, working as an Assistant Professor at R. C. Saharia Teachers’ Training College, Tangla Assam. Previously, she held the position of Assistant Professor at St. Xavier’s College, Tezpur (Department of Education) Assam for approximately 6 months and at Rangapara College (Department of Education) for five years. Miss Bania has 1 Scopus-indexed publication, 5 UGC CARE-listed publication with ISSN and 6 ISBN publication. In addition, she has also presented her papers in 3 national seminars and participated in 2 UGC sponsored workshop and 1 organized by Women Cell, ACTA, Sonitpur Zone.
Mrs. Rina Adak, working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Banking, Dhemaji Commerce College since August 2023. Previously, she held the position of District Financial Management Specialist in Public Health Engineering Department, Dibrugarh, for 3 years. She has 3 UGC CARE-listed publication with ISSN and 10 ISBN publication. In addition, she has also presented her papers in 5 national & International seminars. she participated in 4 UGC sponsored workshop and 1 organized MMTTP, Tezpur University and Delhi university Assam. In addition, with that she has 1 patent in her name.
