Dr. Ritu Gautam, Sr. Assistant Professor, School of Law, Sharda University, is having more than 12 yr. of diverse experience in the field of Law. Dr. Ritu Gautam has made significant contributions in the field of law, particularly in family dispute resolution, legal education, and community service. Dr. Ritu Currently working as an Academic Coordinator, at the Shrada School of Law, at Sharda University, has more than 12 yr. of diverse experience in the field of Law.  Dr. Ritu has earned her Ph.D. in Cyber laws from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and Mastered in Women and Criminal Law (LLM) and  MBA from Symbiosis Pune, PGCCL in Cyber Laws from ILI. She has been active in the areas of Cyber Laws, Women and Criminal Laws, and ADR. Dr. Ritu is an ICADR-trained mediator, who is an expert in Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution, with sound experience in dealing with more than 1400 cases In last 6 years.  She has published 7 books on different social issues, 40 Research papers in UGC care and SCOPUS journals, and more than 50 book chapters on different issues. She has been awarded by National Commission for Women (NCW) and Uttar Pradesh Police (Women and Safety Wing) for her excellent work. Her previous books have received many accolades in the academic circle.

Mr Aryan Aditya is a fifth-year law student at Sharda University, Greater Noida, with a keen academic interest in alternate dispute resolution and comparative legal systems. His research primarily focuses on mediation practices across the globe, how different states comprehend the idea of mediation as an alternate dispute resolution and how they imbibe and implement such ideas in their respective domestic legislations to promote peaceful conflict resolution. Aryan has authored and contributed to four prior publications in the various fields of law and has been recognized for his excellence through awards in debating and mooting, as well as consecutive Dean’s Scholarship grants for academic distinction. His work reflects a deep commitment to fostering accessible, culturally sensitive, and equitable approaches to global mediation
