Dr. Sudhakiran Ponnuru is an accomplished academician, researcher, and VLSI professional with over 16 years of experience in academia, semiconductor Physical Design, and Power Electronics research. Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of ECE at New Horizon College of Engineering, Bengaluru, Karnataka, he specializes in VLSI design, static timing analysis, smart grid technologies, and AI/ML applications in engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University and dual MTech degrees in VLSI Design and Power Electronics. Dr. Ponnuru has authored 30 Scopus-indexed publications, 18 IEEE conference papers, and holds 3 patents, reflecting his strong contributions to research, innovation, and engineering education.

Dr. Anju Kumari, is a distinguished academician and researcher with more than 12 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic development. She currently serves as an Associate Professor in the field of Management. Her areas of expertise include human resource management, organizational behavior, sustainability, and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on interdisciplinary research. She has published over 25 papers in Scopus-indexed, ABDC, IEEE, and UGC-listed journals, along with book chapters with Springer, Emerald Publishing, and Bloomsbury Publishing. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, workforce transformation, gamified learning, behavioral adaptation, and sustainability-led growth.

Dr. Mayank Tomar is an alumnus of University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi and a dedicated medical professional with over 13 years of service in the Indian Army. Currently serving at Base Hospital Delhi Cantt, he has extensive experience in healthcare, administration, and organizational leadership. His expertise includes logistics, procurement, inventory control, medical informatics, hospital administration, and manpower management. Dr. Tomar is passionate about healthcare innovation, system strengthening, and advancing management practices for the future of medical care.

Tanmaya Bhoi is an academician and researcher in Computer Science, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Rajendra University, Balangir. He holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and an MCA, and has over 4+ years of teaching and research experience, with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and emerging technologies. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision, with applications in environmental monitoring, smart systems, and multilingual technologies.
