Once the proposal has been accepted, here is a checklist of everything we require from the volume editor:

1. Preface and organization pages: source and pdf
2. Table of contents (incl. topical headings): any type of electronic version
3. Papers: sources (MS Word files and images) and pdf files of each contribution grouped in a directory and correctly
4. Copyright forms: one for each paper, signed by the corresponding
5. A list of the authors’ names that are not straight forward (Given Name; Family Name).
6. Title: Suggestions for the main title and the subtitle, where
7. Conference logo: for inclusion on the cover (where applicable).
8. List of email addresses of corresponding authors: one per
9. Similarity Index should be less than 20% (Turnitin).
